We have discovered this simple but effective way to charge your devices whilst enjoying TV or just resting in your lounge and you won’t have to jump out of your chair to answer the phone!
Available in 3 different shades (which are viewable through the window in the box) which are Latte, Matcha, and Deep Blue, this is a durable smooth length of smooth silicone with a raised circle in the centre for your device. The bottom is ribbed for extra grip with a small channel through one length for the charging cable.
The charging cable is fitted into a USB C port and that is it. The length is 2m so you can have a decent run to your socket.
Obviously sofa pouches have been around for a while but normally for remote controls etc. This dispenses with the pouch but still loops over a sofa armrest in the same fashion.
The charging is wireless and delivers a fast charge.
We have tested one out and the only issue is squabbling over who gets to place a device upon it (best to take out of your protective case to get better charging). We have a wide leather Chesterfield which is ideal for draping this over, but we also tried it out on a narrower fabric arm and it gripped. There are limits to the size of armrest it is suitable for but common sense should prevail.
It is ready to use and we enjoyed an evening binge watching a series before taking the fully charged iPhone upstairs.
