LEMON SPRITZ
METHOD.
Add the gin liqueur, lemon juice and soda to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain into a chilled glass and add slice of lemon and fresh mint sprigs for garnish.

· freshly squeezed lemon juice
· club soda
· slices of lemon and fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
