North London brasserie, the Flying Frenchman, is delighted to introduce its new delivery menu, bringing home-made French specialities straight to your door.
With a focus on quality and sustainability, chef-owner Guillaume Desmurs uses first-class ingredients from locally sourced producers and the best British farms, sourcing products that are both free-range and preservative-free. Every sausage, pate, and terrine is made from scratch on-site (Guillaume was trained by charcuterie super star, Gilles Verot) to personal recipes that ensure excellence and taste that burst with flavour.
Comprising restaurant favourites created in the chef’s signature European style, the new delivery menu offers culinary delights to impress everyone at the dinner table. Each order can arrive warm and ready to serve, or chilled requiring a reheat when you are ready to eat (these can be kept for up to 2 days).
Delivering generous, hearty food with plenty of personality, mouth-watering starters include a melt-in-the-mouth Homemade Pork & Pistachio Terrine, Cornichons and Wholegrain Mustard, Camembert Croquettes, and a delightful French Onion Soup. The main dishes bring out the best of the season with the rather special Le Cassoulet du Flying Frenchman, an Aligot Saucisson, and a succulent Confit Duck. The vegetarian options are equally delicious with Gnocchi Comte Cheese, and an Aligot Vegetarian. There is also cheese. Plenty of cheese!
Gloriously good desserts finish the meal with the choice of a Crème Brulée with Honey and Thyme, along with a rich Chocolate Mousse. Delicious!
In addition to the sublime food offering, you can also choose from an enviable selection of organic and biodynamic wines to complete your meal.
