The Sloane Club and Sloane Place are committed to responsible decisions in every aspect of their gourmet offerings. Last year, they unveiled a new kitchen that is helping them work towards their sustainability goals while continuing to create an unrivalled dining experience for its Members and guests. With energy efficiency being key, all equipment in the new kitchen has been designed to the highest specifications and is projected to save over 1,200 kWh of energy per day, and nearly 100 tonnes of CO2 per annum as a result of power reduction technology and all electric equipment.
As part of sustainability initiatives by Sloane Place, guests staying at the hotel overnight can request a complimentary ‘plantable cornflower seed heart’ by Sow Many Seeds. Cornflower is one of the prettiest wildflowers and is loved by pollinators vital for the survival of our ecosystem.
The vegan menu will be served until 31st January with two courses £29.50 and three courses £34.50.
